How long will my order take to complete?
Every order is different and every type of printing and product takes a different amount of time to finish. These are the standard turnaround times not counting rush orders or holidays. As always if a rush order is needed contact us prior so we can make sure to get it done on time.
- Silk Screening: 4-7 Days
- Dye Sublimation: 2-5 Days(Includes Mugs)
- Offset Printing: 2-5 Days
- Digital Printing: 1-5 Days
- All Over Printing: 5-10 Business Days
- Silk Cards: 5-7 Business days
If it is not listed here it is most likely a 3-5 day turnaround. These times do not include transit time.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We guarantee all of our products we print will be defect free and will reprint any misprinted order. Unfortunately from time to time an error does occur but we will do everything we can to make it right at no cost to you.
I need a sample to show my boss before production, can you help?
Yes most of our products can be produced in 'one-offs' samples that will be the same product you get printed or very similar to the actual product. This is good because you know what you're getting before committing to an order and we will deduct the price of the sample from the final order.
Can I bring my own items to be printed?
Most of the time, yes, you can bring your own apparel to be printed but you may be limited in the type of printing available. Please always supply 3% more of each size if you need exact sizes for an order otherwise there is always the possibility of spoilage.
